You will need to find parking along the road, there is not a parking lot at the start. Hell Creek Natural Area does not maintain any trails in the area. Users may hike the area and it is owned by the ANHC, but there is no official trail. Please do not attempt to make a trail as Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will issue fines for destructive behavior to the environment.

This well-marked trail travels through a lush forest with overlooks of the river below. There is a self-pay station to park at the trailhead, and a pit toilet is also located there. The path may be overgrown during certain times of the year, and it is recommended to download the offline map ahead of time to help navigate.

Enjoy this beautiful route which provides excellent scenery and one great viewpoint. There is a wide variety of vegetation, from wildflowers and mushrooms to giant Loblolly pine and cedars. The trail is not well-marked in some sections, and it is suggested to keep the offline map handy to help with navigation.
