The Red Trail of Via Alpina is a long route with 161 stages, passing through eight countries: Italy, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, France and Monaco. This very pleasant route leads from Muggia to the Bosco di Valle Noghere. The first part follows the Parenzana cycle path and then the Noghere cycle path up to the six Noghere lakes. From here you can choose many other routes that follow the Rio Ospo up to Ospo and others that allow you to explore the Bosco di Valle Noghere.
