This walk will allow you to discover the tradition of painted walls in Mulhouse. These murals, rich in colours and themes, evoke the daily stories of Mulhouse inhabitants, but also sections of history relating to the city. You will discover these many painted walls at the bend of a street, an avenue or at the end of a courtyard. You will enjoy a real open-air iconographic museum The start and finish of the walk are at the Place de la Réunion.

This 193 km international route passes through France, Switzerland and Germany, around the Rhine. From Mulhouse, you will also pass through Basel, Rheinfelden, and Neuenburg.

This circular route successively runs along the New Basin, the Junction Canal and the Rhône-Rhine Canal, before crossing the Nordfeld district. The departure and arrival are at the southern end of the New Basin (tram N ° 2, Nordfeld-Filature stop).
