Begin this loop trail at the edge of the Netanya (נתניה, עמק חפר ושמורת טבע תל יצחק) shore and head north up through Shaar Hefer, up to the Alexander River and head east through Emek Hefer, passing Ganei Yoshiah, Olesh and Burgata fields and turn west at the edge of Kalanswa. Proceed through Kadima and Even Yehuda, heading back to the start through the Tel Yitzhak Nature Reserve and Udim.

This is a beautiful route along some of Israel's beautiful central and northern beaches. Begin at Natanya and continue along the shoreline to Sdot Yam (חוף נתניה לשדות ים). This trail offers incredible views of many beaches, some busy and some quiet, and ocean swept sights can be taken in throughout the entire journey.

This route begins at Winter Lake Park, and continues to Poleg Beach, Yakum and Udim creating a loop around the agricultural area and southern Natanya (פארק השלולית, חוף פולג, יקום ואודים). This trail location, within the central plain of the country, make it especially popular on the weekends and during holidays.
