The exercise track takes you to Stadsskogen's walking area, just north of the buildings in Nora. The area is dominated by a coniferous forest older than 100 years and has been protected to preserve and develop natural values and opportunities for outdoor life near the urban area.

The Bergslagsleden stretches approximately 280 km through the entire Örebro county and is divided into 17 stages with different difficulties. The trail is identified with orange markings on trees and poles along the road. On Stage 5, you can discover mysterious ruins, 10,000-year-old cobblestone ramparts and the remains of a dug canal in the middle of the forest. At St. Gålsjön, or Storsjön is a picnic area with wind shelter, fireplace and toilet.
