Englishman River Falls Provincial Park Trail is a brilliant walk through tall Douglas Fir and Maple trees. The clear river and streams along the paths make for a memorable experience. There are many criss-crossing paths so bringing your phone or downloading the map may be helpful. Consider bringing your swimsuit and a towel as some visitors enjoy swimming at the river pools. Enjoy the local wildlife and riverside!

This is a really nice trail along Rathrevor Beach, with some of the best scenery on Vancouver Island! On a hot summer day, it's nice and shady in the woods. In the winter months, it's quite windy so it's best to bundle up. It's perfect for kids and aside from a few roots on the trail, it's pretty stroller friendly as well. Fantastic beach. A good mix of rocks, shells and sand. Low tide was fun to explore tidal pools and walk in warm water as the tide came in. Bring your own shade if you want to sit on the beach. Beautiful and not overcrowded. Overall, this is one of the most beautiful family friendly camping or day visit areas in the area. Basically all you could ask for, including super spacious camp spots, forest trails and a shoreline that will blow your mind! Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach.
