This wide path offers a great walk all the way to the sea cave area and Pirate's Cove Beach. You'll get spectacular views of the water during the entire walk. Make sure to walk all the way to the end to see the sea cave which is a great spot for pictures. You may even see wildflowers along the walk during certain seasons. There are plenty of benches for resting along this path.

Locals say that this trail has some of the best views around! You'll get spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and bluffs. You'll also get views of vineyards and the surrounding hills. This route has some rocky, steep sections so it is a good idea to wear hiking boots or other sturdy shoes. Most of this trail is shaded, however there are are few open sections that do not have much shade.

This is a great little paved, shady trail for walking or cycling along San Luis Obispo Creek to Avila Beach that the whole family will enjoy. Accessibility: There do not appear to be any designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of Avila Beach Drive at the west end of the trail.
