Polydroso - Agios Ioannis chapel (Πολύδροσο - ξωκλήσι Άγιος Ιωάννης) From the village of Polydrosso in central Mount Parnonas, the route heads east, following the path that winds up the forested slope. The course reaches a bit higher up to the Agios Ioannis chapel. The view from above towards the village, the green slopes, the peaks and the gorges in the surrounding area is incredible.

Polidroso - Agii Anargyri Monastery Loop (Πολύδροσο - Μονή Αγίων Αναργύρων κυκλική) From Polydroso or Tsintzina, the route heads west along the beautiful Tsintziniotiko stream, following the path beside the river, with lush vegetation. The trail reaches the Monastery of Agii Anargyri, which was founded in the 9th century AD and has an impressive carved wooden temple from 1711 AD. Polidroso - Rachi Psari Mt. Parnonas (Πολύδροσος - Ράχη Ψαρρή) This interesting route has no particular difficulties. From the village of Polydrossos it continues through beautiful forests and glades to Rachi Psarri, Mt. Parnonas. Panoramic view of the opposite mountain, Taygetos. There is no water on the route.

Vamvakou - Megali Vrissi (Βαμβακού - Μεγάλη Βρύση) A long circular route through the forest on a dirt road, which starts from Vamvakou village and runs over hills and through ravines to the south and east to the village of Megali Vrissi. The return to Vamvakou is on the asphalt road through the same lush green environment on the northwestern Mount Parnonas.

Vamvakou - Parnonas Refuge (Βαμβακού - Καταφύγιο Πάρνωνα) The route starts from the settlement of Vamvakou in western Parnonas. This is a well marked path that leads, in a northeasterly direction, to the mountain refuge of Parnon. The refuge is located in Arnomousga and was put into operation in 1973 by the EOS of Sparta. The route is mostly in forests and the view of the surroundings and relief is incredible.
