This 22.85 kilometer round trip will take you on part of the GRP® Bigouden, a Great Hike that goes around the Pays Bigouden, in the south of Finistère, in Brittany. This stage begins in the town of Pont-l'Abbé, the capital of Pays Bigouden. You will follow the Pont-l'Abbé river to the north on this old railway line which connects Quimper to Pont-l'Abbé. You will turn around at Ti Lipig and retrace your steps to Pont-l'Abbé. This walk can be done on foot or by bike.

Here is a 7.24 kilometer hiking loop at the southern tip of Finistère near Pont l'Abbé. You will go around the Moulin Neuf lake, located partly in the Pays Bigouden Sud and the Haut Pays Bigouden. This body of water extends over the municipalities of Tréméoc and Plonéour-Lanvern. Mainly fed by the Pont-l'Abbé river and the Lanvern stream, the Moulin Neuf pond was created in 1977. This route is the first stage of the GRP® Bigouden, a Great Hike that goes around Pays Bigouden, in the south of Finistère, in Brittany. This stage begins in the town of Pont-l'Abbé, the capital of Pays Bigouden, and goes as far as Saint-Guénolé, known for its sardine port. Along the way, you will pass by the beautiful fine sandy beach of Pors-Carn and the dunes of Toull Gwin.
