The start of this cycle route is in the car park at Place du Maréchal Joffre in Pornichet in the Loire-Atlantique department. This route draws a large loop which notably passes through Baule-Escoublac, Guérande, Batz:sur-Mer or even Pouliguen. It also crosses the salt marshes for which Guérande is famous.

This circuit reveals the assets of Pornichet: the mixture of its nature and ocean side. Different landscapes are to be appreciated, with several interesting points: the site of the forges in reference to the work of iron and bronze in the Gallic period; Sainte-Marguerite, favorite resort for the first vacationers in the 19th century; the coastal path with a breathtaking view between the Loire estuary and the ocean.

The start of this course is in the parking lot of the Marina de Pornichet in the Loire-Atlantique department. This route runs along the coast and the beach of La Baule and Benoît beach which border the bay of Pouliguen. It takes you to the mouth of the Etier du Pouliguen. A course without particular difficulty.

Departing from the Place du Marché in Pornichet, you will walk along the bay of Pornichet and La Baule to discover the charm of the seafront. The country lanes will lead you to Saint-Nazaire and its beaches. You will not be, then, very far from the submarine base and the shipyards which open their doors to you for unusual visits.

This loop circuit uses very old rural paths to traverse a landscape that is still very bocage, witnessing the first development of the Escoublac territory before becoming La Baule. Not to be missed: the Brédérac manor house and its old farm; the so-called "clissonais" pavilions of Lesnérac; the presence of a varied flora and the proximity of wetlands.
