This hike is located south-west of central Toulouse and starts near the "Oncopole Courrière" bus stop. The route partly runs along the Garonne and passes, among other places, by the Allée Nicole Girard-Mangin, Les Oustalous, the Chemin des Sables and the Nature Reserve of the Garonne - Ariège confluence, before returning to the starting point.

Walk in a park / forest on the outskirts of the Garonne, a well-kept place "regional nature reserve". Completely flat trail, can be slightly muddy in certain periods but there is always the possibility of passing even in small city basketball. The tour of the park is done in 1h / 1h30. Possibility to picnic, there are bins and benches. Parking (free) is very small! but there is room for cars on the sides of the road (D4) or in the dead end in front of the park.
