The Jardim Botânico, in Porto Alegre, is on the other side of one of the UFRGS campuses, in the Jardim Botânico neighborhood. The site is dedicated to the study and conservation of native species of Rio Grande do Sul, especially those threatened with extinction. The walk through the park, in addition to being very peaceful, allows you to connect with nature in the middle of the city. The Botanical Garden is open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 9 am to 5 pm.
