A pleasant walk around the historic center of Positano, one of the most famous and beautiful villages on the Amalfi Coast. The route takes place in a ring and starts from Via Pasitea until you reach the Church of Santa Maria Assunta in the historic centre. This church has a majolica dome and represents a 13th century Byzantine icon. This route is also suitable for children.

From here you enter the Monti Lattari Regional Park, initially following the Gradillo path and then the 333a path and a section of the 300 path before taking the road that crosses the village of Santa Maria del Castello.

This is an easy route but all uphill on stairs to the small town of Montepertuso. Along the way, there are lovely views and landscapes. The trail starts from Positano and continues with more stairs until it reaches a dirt trail to Pertuso, a quarry in the mountain. The descent from this high point is along an overgrown path which eventually connected back to the road and more stairs up to Positano.
