Playa del Muerto is a small white sand beach that is located just around the corner from Playa la Boquilla. This beach is popular with divers and fans of nude beaches. The waves here are relatively calm due to the beach's location within Boquilla Bay. If you're planning a visit, keep in mind that it doesn't have services, so plan ahead. Also, shade is very limited.

Although Zipolite beach is dotted with resorts, bars, cafes, and other tourist spots, it is known for being very quiet and low-key. It extends between rocky capes, and has very strong waves. This route begins at the westernmost point of the beach; you walk all the way across the golden sand to the rocky point to the east. Here you follow a path with a rock stairway to access a nude gay beach, which is quite secluded and pretty.
