From Gabian in the Hérault department, reach the summit of Mont Counil (252 meters above sea level) and return to your starting point by the banks of the Thongue. The start of this route is in the car park on rue de Théron. It then alternates between rural landscapes and wilder areas.

The start of this hiking trail is located in Roujan. It will take you first to the Bois de Sainte-Marthe before joining the Abbey of Cassan. The route then continues north and passes through the Puech de La Lachette and the Grabjac. No particular difficulty to note for this route which is easily done with the family. A little further north you can go see the Lac des Olivettes as well as the dam of the same name.

This mountain bike route is ideal for a family trip. In the absence of big difference in height and mainly using agricultural paths, this route does not present any particular difficulty. Start in Alignan-du-Vent, cross the vineyard, go through Abeilhan then Margon before reaching your starting point. Do not hesitate to take the transverse paths to continue your exploration.

Before your departure (or on your return), take the opportunity to walk through the alleys of the center and discover the square tower, more than 15 m high, located in the heart of the old fortified town. You will then cross the Pays d'Oc vineyards so characteristic of the Languedoc region.
