A pleasant excursion in the Piscimanna Forest starting near Casa Ballati. The route takes place in a clockwise loop, on paths first skirting the Riu Montixeddu. After reaching the Dispensa Tonietti, the trail follows the Riu Palaceris and passes a few small waterfalls. It is advisable to be careful on the way back because the path can be covered in water from the stream.

A nice walk to visit the Chia Tower, starting from the parking lot in front of the campsite. This coastal tower, located on the side of the Chia beach, stands on a promontory where the acropolis of the ancient center of Bithia was initially located. It was built in 1578 to defend the mouth of the Rio Chia, which was a source of water supply for pirates.

An excursion in the south of Sardinia in the Pantaleo Forest, starting from the provincial road to Cagliari. Proceed along the path that goes into the forest and continues in a clockwise loop and the return follows the Mannu di Santadi stream. It is advisable to wear hiking boots and to bring walking sticks as you can find tall grass along the paths.
