Promising snowshoe hike in Saxony, Germany. From the parking lot it goes over the rails and into the forest at Davidsberg. Along Linzberg and Goldberg and past the old quarry, it goes south past Steinigtwolmsdorf and the German-Czech border. Continue through the forest to the Prinz-Friedrich-August-Höhe. Here you can take a well-deserved break and stop off at the mountain inn before heading back.
