This hike or bike ride among the pine forests is located south-west of Arcachon and Teste-de-Buch and begins in Pyla-sur-Mer, at the Les Fauvettes bus stop. The route goes through Palettes, Plumious / Les Totems, Arnauchots, Seigle, Le Grand Bouges, Les Tuiles among others and ends south of Cazaux, near the Port of Cazaux.

This path goes around the base of the highest sand dune in Europe, a listed site. Although the trail marked here does not go up to the top, you can choose to go up via the sand or the stairs. From the top, you have a breathtaking view of the Arcachon basin in one direction and an exceptional panorama of the Bay of Biscay as a whole (small bonus: the landscapes are sublimated at sunset) and in particular the bench of Arguin or the tip of Cap Ferret. This hike between ocean and forest begins at Moulleau. The route passes by, among other places, Place Daniel Meller and runs along the coast which is part of the Bassin d'Arcachon Marine Nature Park, then the Banc d'Arguin Nature Reserve. The route continues through Pyla-sur-Mer, Vieux-Pyla and Super-Pyla, before returning to the starting point.

This hike or mountain bike trail begins on the southern part of the Dune du Pilat, near the famous Flots Bleus campsite and opposite the Banc d'Arguin Nature Reserve. The route takes the La Teste-de-Buch-Biscarosse-Plage cycle path which runs parallel to the coast. This route ends at La Lagune beach.
