Lake Lynn is a man-made lake in North Raleigh with a 2-mile greenway running around the lake, consisting of paved surface and boardwalks. The easy walk around Lake Lynn is a pleasant loop and you're sure to see wildlife, including ducks, geese, herons, turtles and other aquatic life. It's very popular, so don't expect to find solitude. The mixed-use trail accommodates walkers, joggers, dogs (must be on a 6-foot leash), bicyclers, and roller-blades.
