A walk suitable for the whole family. Departure from the Castle of Montalto, east of Siena in an area known as "la Berardenga", a vast territory in the Chianti region of Tuscany. You start the path that follows the Ambra stream and crosses it on various occasions until you reach the Molino di Capraia, near the Podere Prata. The return takes place following the same route as the outward journey.

A pleasant hike in the Chianti area in Tuscany, starting from Castelnuovo Berardenga near Piazza Guglielmo Marconi, proceeds in a clockwise loop. The trail takes place mainly on dirt roads surrounded by a beautiful panorama of the Tuscan countryside between cypresses and vineyards. The itinerary passes by different farms in this region called "podere," which in the past were owned by the wealthiest families in the area.
