This route is a certified premium hiking trail, the highlights of which are the beautiful high moor "Mühlau" and the pretty Klausenbachklamm. Here you should bring a little surefootedness, as the stones can be very damp here. Right at the beginning of the hike there is a good ascent to manage to get to the Memel-Hauseralm. There are places to stop for a break.

Varied alpine hike in the northern Leukental near Kössen. From the "Schafflerhof Taubensee" car park in Mühlberg, the circular hike leads across national borders from Tyrol to Bavaria and back again. On the way there are numerous rest stops in rustic alpine pastures, wonderful views of the foothills of the Alps, as well as the picturesque Tabensee.
