To do this route, you leave from the Llanogrande mall on the road that leads to La Ceja. You turn right to take the Cabeceras path and later the El Higueron path until you reach La Ceja. Then you look for Cerro el Capiro (you don't go up, you just go around it). Passing Los Castros and towards Buenavista we seek to resume the route back to Llanogrande.

Activities
Features
The trail has some really beautiful views of the mountains and farms. The first few kilometers are a bit steep due to the great slope, but they are the ones with the best views. Some sections of the hike are a bit rocky and rooty. Move at your own pace, this trail is a bit steep for the first few miles. Bring enough water, there are not many accessible water sources.

A very exciting circuit from the town of El Retiro to the town of Abejorral. Most of the route is uncovered. You get to see the Buey river waterfall. The way is taken by the route to Montebello and deviates towards the San José path. A few kilometers of asphalt and you take a detour along the old road to Abejorral.
Activities
Features
Leaving the La Ceja park, take the road to Abejorral until you reach a detour to the right to take the path that leads to the Piedras River. This river has a very important flow which makes it a true spectacle. Continuing along the uncovered road, you reach a point where you can see the Salto del Buey. This is the only point where the waterfall is well observed. To continue the tour, return from this point to take a steep ascent and exit onto the Abejorral - La Ceja paved road.
