A bicycle excursion in the Sirente-Velino Natural Park, departing from Rocca di Mezzo, a beautiful mountain village and proceeding towards Ovindoli. You pass from Rovere along the cycle path, until you reach the town of Ovindoli and climb up to Montagnola and then turn and continue through the woods until you return to Rocca di Mezzo.

A beautiful circular excursion around the Altopiano delle Rocche, which can be traveled by bicycle or on foot. Starting from Colle Marino, the path along the Gamberale river begins. Along the way you pass by the Tempietto della Rimembranza and continue following the cycle path until you meet the state road of the Park and continue for the last stretch until you return to the starting point.
