This trail goes around the soccer fields at Manchester Meadows. It can be very busy if there is a weekend tournament. The city of Rock Hill scored a home run when they created this park. It is about 70 acres and has some great trails that parallel the Catawba River and Manchester Creek. One trail is made from recycled tires and feels great when hiking it. The park also has an elevated boardwalk through the wetlands. This area of the Catawba is one of only two that is still free-flowing and the park has an excellent canoe access that will lead you 18 miles downstream to Landsford Canal State Park. Take the...

This route is a combination of the easy and moderate trails located at the Rock Hill Outdoor Center mountain biking area. Parking is located at the Piedmont Medical Center Trailhead and there is signage along the trail to indicate which trail you are on. There are directional arrows along the trails although the park has approved that these trails can be ridden in any direction.

This course is for bicycles only, and pedestrian foot traffic and motorized vehicles are prohibited. This course is open to the public for all skill levels to allow cyclists to ride safely. Recreational and competitive cyclists are welcome to ride here when there are no special events taking place. The park is open daily from dawn until dusk
