A nice tour to do walking or by bike around the Villa Doria Pamphili one of the largest parks in Rome. Villa Pamphili, like many other city parks, originates from the country estate of a noble Roman family and is also the representative seat of the Italian government. This itinerary offers the possibility of leaving the confusion of the city and get immerse into a natural environment.

A pleasant walk inside the park of Villa Doria Pamphili. The route starts from the entrance on Via Leone Treesimo and proceeds in a clockwise direction, passing by the Casino del Bel Respiro, the Pamphili Chapel and Lake Giglio. This route is suitable for the whole family and can be done walking, running or by bicycle. In this park there are alternative routes partly on paved roads and partly on trails.

A bike ride in the city of Rome, starting from Villa Pamphili and proceeding in a clockwise direction. The route passes through the Pineto Regional Urban Park and then crosses the Balduina district and arrives at the Monte Mario Nature Reserve. From here it is possible to admire a beautiful panorama of the city and then proceed to Ponte Milvio and return to the starting point along the Tiber river following the cycle path.

The route starts from the parking lot and begins by following the paths of the park in a clockwise direction, arriving as far as the Belvedere Ettore Scola and then continuing up to Monte Ciocci. This itinerary starts from the parking lot in Via Francesco Albergotti, and proceeds in a loop following the various paths immersed in the greenery that allows to forget to be in the city of Rome. A perfect itinerary for a simple walk or a workout.
