An itinerary by bicycle starting from Prima Porta and following the Via Prato della Corte. A route that takes place in a clockwise loop in the Veio Park. The excursion passes from the Isola Farnese where it deviates towards Monte Campetti, and then goes by various archaeological areas and waterfalls. This tour also covers sections of the Via Francigena and then takes the road again towards Formello and Castel de Ceveri.

A bike ride or a run in the Monte Sacro district in Rome, starting from the Aniene Valley Park. The route runs alongside the Aniene River, crossing the Parco delle Valli, the Ponte Tazio Pine Forest until it reaches the Ponte Mammolo area.
