A walk from Sapa to Hau Thao among the Black Hmong villages. Nice views especially after crossing the bridge when walking down to Lao Chau. You can opt to hike and stay at hostels along the way. Most of this trail is pleasant and clear however it will be a little muddy in places during the rainfall. The rivers are also prone to flooding.

Stunning views of Sapa, the rice fields, valleys and villages. Parts of the trail will pass by the terraced rice paddies. This is a paved road the whole way, and some steeper parts will get slippery after rain. You can opt to get a taxi back to Sapa from the main road, if needed the guesthouses there will be able to assist booking one.
