A pleasant walk in the Circeo National Park within the Biosphere Reserve that can be done on foot or by bicycle. The round trip starts from the parking lot near the Visitor Center and the Naturalistic Museum, and then proceeds along the paths inside the Biosphere until you reach the Lake. Inside the Reserve there are several well-marked paths that you can follow.

An excursion by bicycle, but also feasible on foot, starting from Sabaudia starts in the direction of the Lungomare. From here you go along the promenade with a beautiful view of the sea on one side and the Lake of Paola on the other. Continue until you reach Lido Saporetti where you cross the river and cross the provincial road, passing through Mezzomonte and skirting the Selva Piana - Baia d'Argento. Here you continue along the path to return to the starting point.

The route begins in the direction of the Selva del Circeo Nature Reserve, where you cross and follow a stretch of the Path of the Sfilo di Giove, and then return to the starting point.

A route from Torre Paola begins along the path of the Olive grove (751) and proceeds through the woods until you reach Via dell'Acropoli. From here, proceed along the path of the Circe peak (path of the ceraselle - 750) until you reach the piazzale delle Crocette. From here you return to the starting point following the same path.

A path with a beautiful panorama at the top of Monte Circeo (541m), a little steep, mostly uphill, and in some places it is slippery. This very nice path on the cliff is full of panoramic views. It is recommended to bring trekking poles and shoes. The parking lot, at the starting point, can get crowded in the summer. Starting from a beautiful beach, the route enters the forest and climbs the mountain.
