From the orientation table, this circuit in the shape of a figure eight uses a path overlooking the lake and offers a very interesting view of Grand Lieu and Nantes. There are also gently sloping sunken roads and logging roads. The start of the course is in Sainte Marie des Troissards near Saint-Philbert-de-Grand-Lieu.

On the eastern part of the route, you will discover a wine-growing landscape where the AOC Muscadet Côtes de Grand Lieu is produced. You will then come across the Château des Jamonnières which is worth a little detour to better admire it. In the south, the circuit finally brings you to Sainte Marie des Troissards, a village offering you a beautiful viewpoint over the Lake of Grand-Lieu. Departure: Compointerie car park
