There are many historical memorials throughout the park including the Pearl Harbor Memorial, the Memorial Chapel, and the Korean War Memorial. North of the park is a beautiful stone bridge connecting to the unpaved Freedom trail and off-leash dog area. Dogs must be on-leash in all other areas of the park. This route begins at Victory Road Trailhead which has parking available. It begins with the Victory Switchbacks, 21 low grade switchbacks to get up to the Lakeline Trail. It then connects to Hell Canyon. This singletrack snakes up the east slope of Hell Canyon. It is a significant climb with 11 switchbacks so yield to hard working uphill hikers and riders.
