The bike path along Avenida Bicenentario in Salta is part of a network of bike paths that cover almost 100 kilometers across the city. The route begins at the Estación de Teleférico San Bernardo and runs north, first along Avenida Bicentenario and then along Avenida Reyes Católicos before reaching the Plaza Provincias Argentinas. After going around this plaza, the route returns back to the starting point along the same path.

This route is a very complete circular tour of Parque San Martín and the surrounding squares and parks, in the city of Salta. In addition to a large green space, Parque San Martín has monuments and several points of interest such as the Artisan Market, the UNSa Museum of Natural Sciences, and the Cerro San Bernardo Cable Car Station, among others.

Cerro San Bernardo is located in the city of Salta Capital and its top is approximately 1450 meters above sea level. This is an easy path to follow, surrounded by trees, which ascends to a beautiful lookout that allows you to have some of the best views of the city, starting on 13 de Julio street. Ascent along the path that begins near the Güemes Monument and the Anthropology Museum to the top of Cerro Bernardo, which is considered the viewpoint par excellence as it offers unparalleled panoramic views of the city of Salta.
