The trail encompasses sites at Mission San Jose y San Miguel de Aguayo (Mission San Jose), Padre Park, ruins of Hot Wells Hotel, Mission County Park, Mission San Francisco Xavier de Najera, and Mission Nuestra Senora de Concepcion (Mission Concepcion).
