Hotel Posada Señor Mañana

This is a nice route to take you from downtown San José del Cabo to Playa Hotelera. Run, or simply walk along the Antonio Mijares Boulevard that passes through the Estero San Jose, where you may see birds such as herons. You continue on the Paseo Malecón San José, with the green grass of the golf course on your right, and the luxury hotels on your left. You pass between the hotels near the Posada Real to access the beach.

You can opt for a short climb and descent through the trails that are marked, or venture to continue even a little closer to its top.

Great circular hike near the sea and beautiful views of the beaches of San Jose del Cabo. This beautiful route begins in the hotel zone. A long, pleasant walk along a beautiful beach that passes a turtle and bird sanctuary, lush wetlands, and the dazzling boardwalk that runs through town. Ideal for a walk at any time of the day. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset over the sea.

A little north of Cabo San Lucas is Flora Farms, a 10-hectare farm in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna. It has a restaurant, spa, lodging, and also this trail to explore the hills above the beautiful fields. The path is not well marked and you have to follow the route carefully, but it has beautiful views.

The hilly area west of San José del Cabo known as Cerro de las Chivas is a great place to get out and stretch your legs. It is easy to access directly from the city and offers wonderful views. This particular route starts at a small park and follows the path until you can get up the hill. There is a network of trails here, but this trip takes you around the area in a loop, passing three peaks on the hill.
