The Senda is a two-day tour in the canton of Graubünden and leads from Scuol in the Lower Engadine via the Heidelberger Hütte at 2264 m above sea level to Samnaun in the Lower Engadine. This route is ideal if you are traveling by bike. The route begins at the Scuol-Trasp train station and leads along the Inn Cycle Path to Pfunds. There are a few watering holes and picnic areas along the way to give yourself a well-deserved break. One can also get a great view of the Alt Finstermünz Castle. Please note that to visit Finstermünz Castle and the town of Pfunds, you will cross the state border into Austria. Bring essential documents with you.

The route starts in Scuol, the capital of the Lower Engadine. It goes steeply to Ftan with beautiful views from Tarasp and then towards Ardez where you have to enjoy a short moment in the village. The Jacob's spring Funtauna da San Giacun is located in Bos-cha and the path ends in Guarda.

The first stage of the national park panorama path number 45 goes through the upper Val d'Uina, which is an old smuggler's route. Attention, the route is only recommended for those with a head for heights. The path goes over the Schlingpass to the Sesvannahütte, where there is also a mountain house.

The path starts in Scuol and goes over the remains of the walls of the melting furnaces through the Val Scharl. Along the way it is possible to continue at the foot of the Piz Lavetscha at 2788m and at the foot of the Piz Pisoc at 3174m.
