The start of this hiking trail is at Le Penon in the Landes department. This route draws a loop which passes in particular by the lagoon of Tutelaux and the lagoon of Saurines before returning to the starting point. It basically runs through forest areas a short walk from the beach.

Hike in the wetlands of the Landes forest, which takes you to see three ponds in the municipalities of Seignosse and Soustons: the Etang de Hardy, the Etang Blanc and the Etang Noir. Etang Blanc and Etang de Hardy have been linked by the Puntaou bridge since 1867. Etang Noir is located in a nature reserve of the same name.
