An excursion that crosses the Puez-Odle Nature Park starting from Selva in Val Gardena and leading to Corvara in Val Badia. It starts in the center of the village and follows path no. 14 which leads into the Vallunga. After about 4.5km, it turns left taking path no. 16 until it reaches the Puez Refuge (2475m). Proceed on the Troi Palota path which climbs up to Monte Stevia and the Forcella della Piza (2489m), with a splendid view. The Mont de Stevia (Stevia mountain) is a very popular destination among the Val Gardena locals, as it is easily accessible during most of the year. A very nice hike starting from Selva | Wolkenstein. The path is steep at the beginning, but the view from Stevia Hut (2312 m) repays the effort. From the hut, return along the path towards Forcella San Silvestro | Silvesterscharte (2280m) to continue in a circular route passing near the Juac Hut (1905m).
