A great hike to the Petz, the highest elevation of the legendary Sciliar massif. The path begins at the mountain station of the Spitzbühel chairlift (1935 m) and first leads downhill on path number 10 to the Prossliner Schwaige. Then the ascent always begins on path number 10, which then turns into the 1 - tourist path. This leads to the top of the Petz (2568 m). The panoramic view from the summit extends from the Alpe di Siusi and the surrounding Dolomites to the Marmolada.

This excursion is very scenic and starts from the car park of the Alpe di Siusi cable car, near the village of Siusi allo Sciliar | Seis am Schlern.
