This hike will allow you to discover the Île de la Table-Ronde, located on the Rhône to the south of Lyon. This island is very green and has a very varied flora and fauna. Here is a beautiful running route starting from the town of Vernaison which takes you to Givors, at the confluence of the Gier and the Rhône. This hiking loop from Millery will take you near the Château de La Gallée, a 17-hectare wine estate where wine, honey and jam are produced in accordance with the rules of organic farming. Along the small country roads and dirt paths, hikers will criss-cross between the vines. You will have beautiful panoramic views over the Rhône to Grigny. The circuit goes up towards Millery between the vines.

This mountain bike circuit starting from the Chemin des Piochettes in the town of Irigny, will take you to the heart of its agricultural countryside via the villages of Vourles and Orliénas. The town of Irigny, surrounded by several hundred hectares of orchards, offers a magnificent view of the Pilat massif and the Lyonnais mountains. This former agricultural village saw its rise from the 12th century with the construction of its castle by the Archbishop of Lyon.
