The Cypress Point Loop Trail is blazed with blue circles. It begins at the trail intersection near the Rockefeller House. This loop trail leads to a peninsula overlooking the Millpond and back to the James S. Rockefeller Trail. Along the way, you'll encounter historic structures and a fishing access footpath along the Millpond. A pleasant 10-foot wide paved path for walking, jogging, or biking alongside the river. It winds for nearly four miles through a beautiful blend of trees, plants, and wildlife with spectacular views of the river. The terrain can be flat or slightly hilly. In addition to the wooden bridges, including one covered bridge, there is a 700-foot boardwalk through the marsh and wetlands near Clark Park.
