This trail is part of the Virginia River Trail from Fall River Plaza to Windsor Lake. To access this trail, from Torbay Road turn into and park at Fall River Plaza. This trail has a mix of boardwalks, bridges, tunnels and gravel paths. Along this trail you can enjoy the flow of the Virginia River, one of the world's most productive systems for trout's, and the birds that inhabit the surrounding area. Some parts of the Virginia River have small cascade falls.

This is a cute little trail that users love to complete three or four times for a decent bit of outdoor recreation. There are lots of ducks and birds to see on the pond. You can connect it to Kent’s Pond Trail to the west for a longer route. There are also two parks featured here, which makes it a great spot for kids.

Two lovely trails separated by an intersection. Kenny’s Pond is an easy, paved and gravel open-air walk that borders a school, a miniature golf course and a retirement home. Kent’s Pond is a short, easy loop that has a lovely woodsy atmosphere, right in the middle of the city. Ideal for a quick walk when time is limited.
