The trail begins at the valley station of the Stossbahn cable car and then leads into the open countryside. It is possible to wonderfully discover the valley Frontal and after a few meters of altitude it reaches the Charenstöckli at 1811m. Then the path turns and across meadows it leads via Teufmetten back to the village of Stoos. There one is able to take a nice breather at the small lake Seeli.

The circular route begins in Stoos, a car-free village and ski area in the municipality of Morschach. Then it leads past the Charenstöckli (1811m) and on to the Fronalpstock (1920m). The western slope of the Fronalpstock ends at the beautiful Lake Lucerne. The route then continues past the Furggeli Hut (1731m) and the Stoos-Seeli, and back to the starting point. The trail starts at the Stoos car park right at the Stoosbahn mountain station. Then the path immediately leads through open terrain. After a short time, it reaches the Frontalpstock at 1920m and passes the Furggelihütte Hut to the Huser Stock (1904m). It continues over the Klingenstock (1935m), past the Metzghütte Hut, and back to the starting point. This route offers excellent views of Lake Zug, Lake Lucerne, Rigi, Pilatus, and much more. The Chlingenstock is also called Klingenstock and is located in the Schwyz Alps between Riemenstalden and Stoos where the trail starts. The summit can be reached with the Stoos chairlift.
