This is a very easy walk around the Brydon Lagoon pond where there are often ducks! There are some parts in the open without any trees. There are seats along the way, which is nice for those who wish to take breaks. The trail is mostly wide and there are options to continue down to Hi-Knoll Park and surrounding area.

This is a great pathway along Nicomekl River. It's a lovely easy walk or stroll for any age and ability and interconnects with many other pathways to make a longer outing. There are some nice spots by the river and duck ponds to see. The suspension bridge is worth a visit! This trail can get quite busy on a nice day.
Activities
Features
This is a great little loop that can be enjoyed by anyone since it's easy and somewhat flat. There are lots of old trees with notes on them as to what they are and where they originated. This trail is perfect for kids since there is a playground area as well as an amazing fairy birdhouse forest area. Some of the side trails can be very overgrown and muddy in places.
Activities
Features
The Vine Maple section of this trail is often rerouted or not available for hiking during the spring and the fall as a precaution, since the boardwalks can become floating and dangerous to cross. Overall, this is a great short and easy trail for the whole family. There are always some areas in the open and some shaded, and the trails are often muddy in certain spots after heavy rain fall so wear appropriate footwear.

This is a well-maintained trail with lots of nice offshoots. If you’re walking or running, remember that the horses have right of way and may startle, so give them and their riders room and make them aware of your presence. It can get pretty busy on weekends, especially in the afternoons, but is lovely and quiet in the mornings and evenings most days.
