This is one of the longest trails in Tynehead Regional Park. The paved portions are great for scooter, skates, skateboard, and bikes. The path is wide and not terribly crowded, with sections of shade, but is mostly pretty open. There are outhouses in the park, as well as a few water taps. There is also an off-leash dog area within the park.

This well-maintained trail can get very busy and is quite urban until you get off the beaten track. It's lovely among the old growth nurse tree stumps and pleasant along the Serpentine River. The trail is beautifully shaded with tons of evergreens. There are some leash optional trails in the area too.

This is a great forested path in Tynehead Regional Park perfect for the whole family. There are a few short inclines and declines as the trail passes by creeks and old trees and greenery. Some steps and a narrow entrance make it difficult in parts with a stroller. There are many more trail options in the area, as well as a leash-optional dog park nearby.

This is a waterfront walkway along the Fraser River in Port Coquitlam. The trail is quite close to the highway in parts and can be noisy, but it's a nice and convenient location to stretch the legs and get in a few kilometres. Lots of folks come out here to enjoy the fresh air and the awesome views of snow capped mountains.
