The Vaakkolammi nature trail is located on the west side of Tampere, between Pyhäjärvi and Näsijärvi. The trail goes around Vaakkolammi and presents the history, flora, fauna, and rock formation of the area called Likokallio. On the north shore of Vaakkolammi, in Vaakonpuisto, there are also playgrounds and a sports fields, as well as a frisbee golf course.

In addition to these quality corridors, the cycling route network includes main routes, regional routes and nearby routes. Routes are marked with a route number. The routes run on cycling routes. Pyynikki Nature Reserve was established in 1993 and is the second largest in Tampere. Pyynikinharju belongs to the 200-kilometer-long ridge section, which runs from Salpausselä to Kankaanpää. The flora and fauna of the nature reserve are diverse. The Pyynikinharju tour runs along the borders of the nature reserve, and offers a flatter route. There are many paths and walking routes deviating from the main route. Some of the trails are floodlit and in winter they are cross-country ski trails....

From the vicinity of the Teivo racetrack, from the Lamminpää sports lodge, starts a fitness trail and track that goes through Teivaalanharju to Soppeenmäki, and from there to Julkujärvi. You can rest on the shore of Julkujärvi before the return journey. There is a shelter on the shore of Pikku-Ahvenisto along the way. The route is a groomed cross country ski trail in winter. There are also fitness equipment along the route.
