To access the Yellow Trail, begin on the Blue Trail and head into the forest near the swamp area. The Yellow Trail loops around this large swamp and then near the east branch of the Naugatuck River. The trail then rejoins the blue trail and returns to the parking area. All of the trails in the state park are foot traffic only.

The Sue Grossman Still River Greenway runs for nearly 3 miles through a wooded corridor between Lanson Drive and Harris Drive in Torrington. The paved trail occupies the old right-of-way for the New York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad's Naugatuck division. Great place to take the kids for cycling or just a walk with your dog.
