This route from Montricoux can be practiced both on foot and by mountain bike. Start by taking the Chemin d'Embarre, then the Chemin des Sept Perdrix near the equestrian domain of the Bastides. From there, head towards Les Colombiers and Ruisseau de Cabéou. The loop then takes you towards Bruniquel from which you will have great views along the way. Then return by the Chemin de Foncave which runs along the course of the Aveyron.
