The path starts in Valbella next to Lenzerheide. It leads all the way up to the finish of the Parpaner Rothorn at 2899m. It is also the gateway to Ela Nature Park, which stretches east from the summit. The descent can also be made with the cable cars from Lenzerheide to get back to Lenzerheide at the Heidsee.

The trail starts at the valley station of the Rothorn 1 cable car directly at the Heidsee. You then follow the path directly through the forest until you reach the waterfall. Then it goes on to Scharmoin and from there you have great views of the valley and also of the lake. This trail can be a bit muddy after a few bad weather days.

The path begins at the Heidsee lake directly at a parking lot in Lenzerheide and first leads along the shore and then into the forest. One comes through the forest through the Got Scharmoin area and then over the top of the Foil Cotschen at 2476m and then to the crowning top of the Piz Mez at 2729m. The tour gives great insights and excellent views of the surrounding mountain peaks.

This trail starts at the Heidsee lake directly at the Lenzerheide parking lot and then it goes through the landscape at the foot of the Cresta Sartons at 1942m. Then the trail comes through the open landscape through the Alp Javoz area to the top of the Piz Scalottas at 2321m. It is a terrain, partly rocky, without much shelter, where you are exposed to the sun, especially in summer. So please don't forget to bring adequate sun protection and water.
