Passing a few small settlements and through wooded areas, the advantages of this region become increasingly clear. At the Saint-Legier station, the path turns and finally ends back at the starting station.

The trail starts in Vevey at the train station and takes one through the small town and then out of town. It is particularly suitable for a bike ride through this landscape. Crossing the outskirts of St-Legier and Blonay the path then enters the forest at the foot of La Folly at 1730m. It then continues over the summit of Dent de Jaman and descends to Montreux at the train station.
