A very nice bike excursion starting from the Cova lake. The route takes place on the cycle path along the Po river, crossing the Parma Morta Nature Reserve and the Galena de Po Park. The route takes place in a clockwise loop, partly on a road and partly on a dirt road. You reach the Santa Maria Island and then return and proceed to Borgoforte and cross the river to return to the starting point.

This is a simple and pleasant tour to do on a mountain bike in the surroundings of Guastalla starting from Sorbolo along the Turin-Venice Ciclostrada which runs along the Po river. The route partly crosses the park of the Po riverbed where interesting species of birds and reptiles can be observed. The return takes place via an asphalted road that runs along the Crostolo canal and passes through the cultivated fields of the area.

This is a simple path in the Po floodplain of Gualtieri, Guastalla and Luzzara. It can be done either by running, or on foot or by bicycle. This park was created for the planting of native trees and shrubs as well as for the protection of some endangered local animal species. In fact, at least 26 different species of birds have now been identified in this area, as well as reptiles and fish.
