The route goes through the Church of Saint-Nicolas, the Chemin de la Côte, the Domaine de Marsinval and Brézolles, among others, before returning to the starting point.

This itinerant hike, 1st section of the GR® 26 starts at Villennes-sur-Seine station. The route goes through the Bois des Alluets, Aulnay-sur-Mauldre, Vert, the Forest of Rosny and ends in Douains. The GR® 26, Grande Randonnée, connects Villennes-sur-Seine in Yvelines to Villers-sur-Mer in Calvados, on the edge of La Manche. It stretches for about 304 km.

The path passes near the Ferme de Rougemont then takes a forest path on the heights of Morainvilliers. You will be able to see the Château de Bénainvilliers.
